Jerome and Myles were so helpful. And made sure everything was fixed before the way left. I am also very happy that Jerome explained things to me about my issue after it was fixed in case I had trouble in the future!

Incredible service! I reached out at 9am and had a quote almost immediately. The mechanic arrived by 10am and my van was running by 12pm. My mechanic, Jerome, was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Mike with Rhino mobile mechanics was awesome. We live in Arizona and were purchasing a van in Huron, Ohio. From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands. He did a thorough inspection sent us a detailed report with pictures. It really gave my wife and I piece of mind buying this vehicle. We will be using it to haul our family around, so it was important to us. We highly recommend Mike and Rhino mobile mechanics.

While I am happy that my control arms were replaced successfully, I am not happy with the service that led up to this. The mechanic asked me on two separate phone calls if I would be able to pick up the parts needed, even though I advised that I was working. Why call a mechanic and them not be able to get the parts needed? Then, when paying for the service, this company does not accept credit cards at all. To make a payment through Zelle, she wanted a screenshot of the payment. My bank app does not allow for screenshots for privacy reasons. Once job was completed, she asked for the rest of the payment before the mechanic had even left my driveway. I advised that it was made through Zelle. She then asked for a screenshot again. Then, the payment didn't show up immediately and she texted me saying that she was still waiting. There is a thing called patience lady! It then showed up and all was good. Please do not use this company for any mobile mechanic services unless you absolutely have to. Very disappointed!

Very fast response and fast work! I called at 10am, mechanic was at my residence at 12 as promised. Mike was able to replace the main fuse strip very quickly and restored service to my Beetle. Price fell within the middle of the quoted range.
